Black Bears are lured by arousing their curiosity though their amazing sense of smell. The bait used must capture and hold their attention to keep them engaged and relaxed on site as long as possible. It should be nutritionally balanced to ensure the health of the animals and not over sugaring which causes sporadic feeding. It also must ensure that the bears want to return for more and in turn attract more bears. Variety and quality is the trademark of a superior bait. This is our specialty. Crafted one bag at a time guarantees you get a consistent mix and exactly what you’re paying for. Yes it’s a lot of work but we believe our customers deserve the best.

Who is Master Bear Baiters ?
We're a small partnership business made up of three friends that all share the passion of bear hunting. Realizing that baiting bears for ethical harvesting can be expensive and time consuming, we developed a premium pre-mixed bear feed in an easy to handle 45lbs bag. Our mix is tested and proven to attract and hold bears. We don’t just say it, we mean it ! Our customer’s harvest pictures can attest that they’ve used the best.

We carry the pure scent oils that we’ve found work the best for bringing in bears. Oils can be used full strength to a scent wick, added to vegetable oil and put in a spray bottle, or even added to used fryer oil in a trackpad.
